IDEL was created from one simple belief: movement should feel good and look good too.

We are two young girls from Finland who started IDEL because we felt like we couldn’t find clothes that truly had it all. We wanted pieces that make you feel good, fit perfectly, feel buttery soft on your skin, and match our aesthetic preferences. Clothes you can wear to the gym but also in everyday life and still feel confident.

IDEL is an activewear brand founded in Finland. Our clothes are designed for everyday movement, beyond just workouts. Our mission is to make you feel good and look good while wearing IDEL.
